Refund policy
Jewelry items (rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants) are considered personal-use products and according to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry items of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
This is regulated by:
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated 15.05.1991 No.1023-XII
Annex No.3 to the same Law (list of goods not subject to exchange or return)
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.172 dated 19.03.1994
However, our policy is based not only on regulations — but on service.
We aim for a 100% positive experience, and we always assist if something goes wrong.
If something happened:
the parcel arrived damaged, the order was incomplete, the parcel was never delivered - we will look into the situation, file an insurance claim, and: replace the item or issue a refund.
All shipments are automatically insured.
Return Procedure
- If, upon receiving the shipment, the Customer notices any damage, discrepancies, or other issues with the product, it is recommended to immediately record a video or take photos at the point of collection.
- To initiate a return of goods or a refund, the Customer must contact the Seller on the day the order is received. The Customer is required to provide photo and/or video evidence, a description of the issue, payment details for the refund, and make the product available for inspection.
- Once it is confirmed that the package arrived damaged, the order was incomplete, or the shipment was not delivered, the Seller will issue a refund within 7 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
- Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred due to the Seller’s fault.
