ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter – the “User”) and 10 Crystals (hereinafter – the “Company”, “we”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the website https://10crystals.com and any related online resources (collectively – the “Website”).
By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Website.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update is indicated above. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Website is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use or register on the Website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Website (texts, designs, photos, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks) are owned by the Company or provided to us legally.
You may use the Website and its content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Reproduction, copying, distribution, or exploitation of any materials without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Website, you confirm that:
You have full legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
You are not considered a minor under the laws of your country.
You will not use the Website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
You will not provide false or misleading information.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users are prohibited from:
Using the Website for fraud, spam, or distribution of malicious software.
Posting content that violates copyright, the rights of third parties, or the laws of Ukraine.
Harassing, offending, or misleading other users.

Violation of these rules may result in access being restricted or blocked.
ORDER PLACEMENT TERMS
By placing an order on the Website, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.
When placing an order, the User agrees to all conditions described below.
The date of the order is the day the User completes the electronic form on the Website.
To place an order, the User must:

Select the desired product in the Website catalog and add it to the cart.

The order is formed from all items selected by the User.
The order must include:
product name, metal type and hallmark, weight, size, price, payment method, and customer contact details (name, phone, email). These details must be entered into the form on the Website.
Completing an order means the User has reviewed the product, its characteristics, and the purchase conditions.
The Website Owner agrees to process and forward the order to the seller or manufacturer within 24 hours of receiving it.
Confirmation of receiving the order is sent via email or sms or other.
After order confirmation, a Company representative will contact the User within 24 hours to clarify details (product name, metal, hallmark, weight, size, quantity, price, payment method).
Following clarification, the order is either confirmed or cancelled.
The User must arrive at the delivery service office on the day of purchase to collect the order.
If the User does not collect the order within 5 days of placing it, the order is considered cancelled.
If any errors were made during order submission, the User must notify the Website Owner no later than one day before receiving the product.
The User may cancel the order before it is confirmed by the Company representative.
Payment for the order is made in full at the time of purchase on the Website.
The payment method is chosen when completing the form or during checkout.
In cases of force majeure (unpredictable, extraordinary circumstances preventing fulfillment of obligations), both parties are released from liability. Each party must notify the other within 1 calendar day via written or electronic communication.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court according to the laws of Ukraine.
PERSONAL DATA USAGE TERMS
By providing personal data, the User consents to its collection, storage, processing, and transfer in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No.2297-VI of 01.06.2010.
Data is used exclusively to verify identity and properly fulfill the terms of this Agreement.
The User confirms being informed of their rights as a personal data subject as defined in Article 8 (Part 2) of the Law.
Providing personal data also constitutes consent to receive informational materials, newsletters, or notifications from the Website Owner via email or SMS.
LIABILITY
The Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website.
The Owner is not responsible for delays, interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by failures of electronic or mechanical equipment not owned by the Company, communication problems, data transmission errors, or third-party actions that may block access to the Website.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as establishing agency, joint activity, partnership, or any compensated relationships between the User and the Owner unless expressly stated.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
All disputes shall be resolved in Ukrainian courts at the Company’s registered location.
